Questions people actually ask
How does hourly billing work?
Every resource accrues cost each hour it exists, drawn from your prepaid balance. The monthly figure is a cap — you are never charged more than it in a calendar month, even in a 744-hour month.
What happens if my balance hits zero?
We email you at 20%, 10% and 0%. At zero, running resources are suspended for 72 hours, then destroyed. Snapshots are kept for 14 days beyond that so nothing disappears silently.
Can I move a server between providers?
Yes. Take a snapshot, then restore it onto any provider that offers a plan of equal or larger size. Disk images are converted automatically.
Do you charge for outbound bandwidth?
Each plan includes a transfer allowance. Beyond it, overage is $0.008 per GB, pooled across every resource on the account so a spike on one server draws from the whole pool.
Is there a free tier?
App Spaces have a Sandbox tier that sleeps when idle and costs nothing. Virtual machines have no free tier, but the smallest is $3.50 a month and bills by the hour.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
Every top-up produces a PDF invoice with your company name, address and tax ID. Set those once under Billing and they apply to all future documents.
